Life Life Life
As the summer comes to an end I thought I'd share some long over due photos. I don't know about everyone else but I'm exhausted. I want to go into hibernation ASAP.

End of the world/year
As a lazy blogger I couldn't help but notice all the things that ended or are about to end in 2012. Here's a quick list of the few things that matter to me:
1. The concept that Mitt Romney might have become president
2. According to the Mayan calendar, the world
3. Gossip Girl
4. Two long and complicated friendships (however, second chances are always possible)
5. And in just a few days... 2012
The end of a year gives me time to look back at my mistakes, some regrets, and what I should do better next year. As sad as it might sound I am working on a list of goals for 2013. My life seems like an endless to-do-list but without them I don't know what I'd do with myself. In the mean time I have been cranking out some new small works on paper that I'd like to share...

Sometimes I feel like a machine. Sometimes I feel I am just reacting to the images and sounds around me. Whatever it is, I am doing what I love and I couldn't be happier.
See you in 2013.

What comes is better then what came before
It's
about two weeks before my next show and things are slowly coming together. My
installation will be at Allegra LaViola Gallery opening Oct 10th. This piece has been in my head for months now and to see it coming together is both a dream and a nightmare.

Welcome to the Jungle
As the 2012 exhibition season opens in Chelsea and the Lower East Side I find myself running out the city ... as per usual.
I have been spending a number of hours in the studio making new work for my solo show at Allegra LaViola Gallery (opening Oct 10th).
I am a few hours away from officially being done and I'm excited. There
is something comfy about running around like a maniac, staying up nights, and drinking too much coffee. On the other
hand it will be nice to be done, see friends, sleep, and maybe, just maybe, go away on vacation.
The
following are random photos from inside my studio and my encounters as I
run around a little place I like to call home ... New York.

Walk of Shame
I'm not one to post intamite details but after an insane work month, prepping for shows, and juggling a strange social life ... I needed some real fun.
After spending an afternoon+evening with a friend for his Bday at PS1 I ended up on the eastside at a friendly bar. The crowd was what I expected but I was not expecting to wake up on the east side of town in a very large bed the next day.
This whole experience reminded me to visit Paris again ... soon.
